Great experience, reserved the car but changed to different one (better one) for reasonable extra fee (considering we were in Sardinia and the car rental is pretty expansive, comparing to other European summer destinations). The staff was very nice and helpful. Return of the car was super easy and fast, no detailed control of the car if we damaged something. The company's focus is 100% no scamming and get more money from you like I read in reviews for other companies.

Honestly this was my first rent-a-car experience but everything ran so smoothly and nice that it won’t be the last! Firstly the stuff was so kind, friendly and helpful, secondly the Fiat Panda we rented was brand new, very economical and it was all we needed for a great trip on the island.
Definitely worth it and with no doubt we will use the company’s services next time we visit Sardegna!

Excellent service and a great car!
Pickup was speedy, the car was almost new - a Fiat 500 with 21000 km on board - in great condition.
Drop-off was also speedy and without hustle - less than 10 min. I considered myself lucky when I saw the lines at the other "big brand" companies.
I took the car with Medium Kasko and the 300 eur deposit (paid with a Revolut debit card) was instantly reverted.

not recommended. They took us 50 euros for a small stain from salt, which would come off after a simple wipe with a cloth.

5 stelle meritatissime. 16-20 giugno, Olbia, 212 euro per una panda che aveva 14k km ma sembrava appena uscita dal concessionario, pulita e profumata. Caparra di 500 euro restituita immediatamente dopo la riconsegna dell'auto. Assolutamente da consigliare

Ruvioli is the best rent a car company at Olbia airport! We got a brand new Fiat 500L at the best price compared to others with full insurance. Very fast pick-up and dropping. Many thanks to Paola and Marco for their amazing service.

Great experience, we booked from Olbia Airport a Fiat Panda for 7 days, which was brand new (less than 18.000 km) and very clean. The pick-up and dropping was very fast (even though it was during the weekend at early and late hours), the staff very friendly and polite, we could pay with cash and also use the debit card for the deposit (very helpful). Also, no hidden costs, no other interpretations of the contract conditions, everything went smoothly. Last but not least, the overall price was great, even with the full insurance option.
We would recommend anyone Ruvioli and we will definitely use their services next time we return to Sardinia!

Servizio eccellente. Dopo un rifiuto da parte di una prenotazione da un’altra compagnia, con annessa la perdita di 200 euro, ci siamo recati disperati da questa compagnia. In 10 minuti ci hanno dato la macchina, che tralaltro era perfetta e già con il pieno. Al ritorno in 10 minuti abbiamo consegnato senza problemi. Vorrei aggiungere che il personale che ci lavora è di una gentilezza e simpatia incredibili. Super consigliato venite da loro e prenotate direttamente dal loro sito.
