stopped by today to have my car washed. I haven't been at this particular car wash in a while, but I do like the ease of entering and having an area to vacuum the inside of the car. The vacuums have good suction power. Everything is pretty much the same as the last time that I was here. The car wash prices start at $17 for the basic, $20 for the next higher tier, and $27 for the top one. You may be able to have special requests and work it out with the manager.

My car looks like new again, so I'm happy.

One thing that I was surprised about were the 2 gentlemen who.prepped my car before I entered the car wash itself and asked for a tip! I was very surprised. I have never encountered this behavior there before. I gave them what little cash I had because I usually don't carry cash. I use my cards. When I paid the blonde lady with my card, I asked if there was room for a tip on the receipt, but she said no. I didn't think anything of it until I got asked for a tip. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Benn coming here for years and slowly but surely the service as in none has been decaying miserably..all the equipment like vacuums are falling apart, in order to vacuum you have to hold the hose in place at every single one or they give out and suction is minimum. There are never any towels, windshield fluid is so watered down you better off just using clean water. Vehicle always comes out dirty, air for tires hasn’t worked in months and finally there’s not even a hose.. I’ve approached several managers and they all give me a blank drowned out look as in clueless.. definitely not worth the monthly fee I’ve been paying for years.. I’m canceling!!

Have been coming to Busy Bee for my car washes/detailing for almost 6 years now. Always a good experience and a reasonable price. The staff are exceptional and will have your car looking brand new. Ameer and the other gentleman who always clean my car are great and give good recommendations to maintain my car’s appearance! Highly recommend!

Staff not helpful. Car stolen can't go online and cancel auto bill membership because the barcode with number was stolen with car. They wouldn't cancel in office so I am forced to continue to pay. Until I contact my bank credit card and dispute. What a Hassel for a service that is supposed to be convenient. SMH. lousy customer service, not staff fault, management was dismissive. Never again!!!

UPDATE THE LAST 40 BUCKS U GET OFF ME.. every single time after this no TOWELS TO DRY OR CLEAN YOUR VEHICLE.. I’m paying 40 bucks for water… cause the brushes don’t even clean right… GOING BACK TO EL CAR WASH….. you people are HORRID!!!!!!! Horrible bring your own vacuum and towels.. NEVER HAVE TOWELS AND EVERYTHING ELSE BROKEN.. I pay 40 a month membership and never have I been there one day something isn’t missing or broken.. today they had no towels so they had some hard tissue paper to wipe down your car.. I’m not scratching my car.. gave up cancelling my membership.. GOOD bye I’ll go down the street to El Car Wash…

My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn't expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.

I gave them 3 stars cause they end up raising my payment without telling me nothing. If you want the fastest wash ever dont go on sunday morning.below you can see the picture i took on sunday morning
