The location is fantastic - a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a real sense of community.

The house itself is full of charm and character, with lovely original wood floors and a spacious layout.

The property management team (H L & M) was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our tenancy.

Any minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly and professionally.

We especially appreciated the included lawn care, which kept the yard looking tidy.

While the house is older, it has been well-maintained and features modern updates like a new washer and a convenient ice maker in the fridge.

We found it to be a comfortable and welcoming home.

We highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to live in a wonderful neighborhood!

Kathi is the WORST property manager ever. The unit had mold, leaking air condition and she won’t even respond to my maintenance request to fix it. Instead she just emails me saying I can end the lease. Won’t respond back about my deposit or anything. This company is a scam and isn’t professional at all. I’m having to contact a lawyer now since I’m being ignored by Kathi and her staff.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience with the two years I’ve lived in my unit. Quiet and respectful neighbors, comfortable assigned parking, and while yes the units are older that’s part of the charm. If you don’t want a dated unit, look at the pictures lol. I absolutely love my apartment and maintenance has been extremely responsive, usually coming within the same day. I am shocked to see so many negative reviews when I’ve literally had nothing but a good experience with the management team and their maintenance guys.

I called yesterday to inquire about the type of pest control being used because I have a small child and also because I am repeatedly seeing pests. I was told that they treat the apartments before anyone moves in. Well it's apparent that the treatment is ineffective because I have only been there since March 1 and I have already had to request additional pest control twice. Rather than the woman speak with me with any type of common sense, she told me, "Roaches travel: -- completely asinine statement to make. I told her they didn't travel with me and she got defensive and said, "I didn't say they did." Nevertheless, she pretty much admitted that the property has roaches. The apartments themselves aren't bad. The property at my manager is actually very kind and compassionate. But this is a bad management company that KNOWS their bad and just doesn't care.

Kathi and Daisy are 2 of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met! I have never had a landlord or property manager go so above and beyond for me ever. They are quick to take care of any and all requests but there was never any major issues in the 3 years I lived at their property. Che and Oscar are some of the best Maintenance guys I’ve ever met too and fix everything quickly. Would not hesitate to lease with them again!
