I had an award winning experience with the team at Sally Chicago from the begining to the end. Every member of the team I encountered took pride in their works, friendly, quick, concise and cordial yet professional.

Ms Brenda, Ms Naomi and the new girl were attentive and prompt to my concerns. A mechanic crew member, Mike, was a good example on how to treat people with respect. A tall young fellow with facial hair saw me struggling with transferring my belongings from a car to other, he jumped into action and resolved the issue with smiles on his face.

I will recommend this Gigi renter to my friends and family that need such services. Generally I rate the team 5+ Star.

I have rented from this company multiple times and experienced excellent customer service each time. They explain all the terms of the agreement clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. If you ever have any problems they will fix it quickly . I also love the fact that you can reach customer service through text and they answer in a timely manner , it’s very convenient. I highly recommended using this company for ride share rentals.

They took the car back and when I went to return the key I find out I to wait 30 days for my deposit back and they stole some of my belongings. They are a bit better than hertz. Update. They stole my deposit also. They sent my refund to a non active card that I took off the account. They got me for $601.

Please new customers do not get a Kia please don’t . The Kia’s are getting broken into badly at a high rate. The staff will not tell you that because they want you to rent ,pay and leave the responsibility on you. They do not offer full coverage so if the robbers break into your Kia car the damage is not covered. The only way out of this in a maybe ok situation is to get the $75 extra weekly insurance that will allow you to only pay $100 after a theft situation has occurred
In which the rep will not tell you at sign up “ like hey our Kia’s are getting broke into badly so the only way to try to cover your ass is get the $75 insurance. I was only told about the $500 deductible and $2000 deductible. After 3 weeks of having the Kia it was broken into now I have to pay $500 for something I didn’t do and wasn’t covered fully under insurance. Please be aware

Drive Sally has been nothing but wonderful to me. Everyone makes me feel apart of the team and family. I have nothing but great things to say about the brand new vehicle and the people who work there. A big shout out to the Atlanta office!!!! From the Office Manager to the Customer service rep and the entire Maintenance team headed by sweet Rebecca. They are so dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, everytime. I highly recommend!!!!

A combination of good and bad. The bad ended up outweighing the good. I arranged the rental online was confirmed and then prior to picking up the car at the Kostner location in Chicago I called to find out the car was not available. Had I not called I would have made my way to pick it up and wasted my time because Drive Sally was unable to communicate this to me. Once the next arrangement was completed I came in to a pleasant orientation. The car was about average and in slightly less than good condition for the $385.00 weekly charge. But it is what it is, it worked.
I received one parking ticket that was paid within two week, however Ride Sally did text me to inform me. Not an issue until other then they could have look it up online to see it was paid and instead required proof of payment. I sent this and a few days later they sent another text stating it was still unpaid. Automated or not fix your system and stop badgering your customers, you received a paid invoice from me.
I text and called to inform Ride Sally that I was returning the car as required, because it was a Saturday and they were CLOSED I was informed on Monday I couldn't return the car until the following Monday. Them bringing closed shouldn't be my problem, I gave the proper notification and while it was worked out it was yet another challenging experience.
I returned the car on that Friday without and walk through or return documentation.
Ride Sally commits to a 30 rerun of your deposit but I had to text them two days after to the 30 days to find out what ws going on. I received a text back they would expedite the return. Why should this have automatically happened it then took 7 days after the 32 days to get a credit of $272.50 short of the $300.00. The reason an extra day of rental.
They did send me an invoice but only after I complained about all of the above. The invoice includes a fuel charge that as of this date has gone unanswered. My last text to Ride Sally asking for an explanation was July 24, 2024.
So for what it is worth utilizing Ride Sally is something you should consider carefully. Meanwhile I await a respectful response on the fuel charges. The car was returned to them with more gas then I picked it up with.

Went back to this place to rent a car after 2 years as suggested sent them my driver's license and was approved to rent .added my debit card and deposited $300 just find out they stole $210 saying that I owed them in reality I didn't owed any money that clearly shows on the app that I cleared my balance when closing with . Don't go to this place they're thieves and I'm filling a civil lawsuit against them. Since they are not responding when I sent them the proof of my account always being in good standing and have already been charged for years ago.
Greedy thieves better refund my money before it's too late .
