The only thing this company is focused on is making as much money as possible. They know full well people have no other choice but to rent TLC-plated cars. So they don’t care about improving customer service or making people happy, they know people are going to rent anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would.
First , the staff is extremely rude and arrogant.
Second they can jack up your rental price at anytime without previous notice.From $550 they jumped to $675 basically overnight.
Third and this is the fun stuff ; they will ask you for a deposit on your rental but you can kiss your money goodbye because they will find any reason not to get it back to you.An 2 inch scratch on a lower bumper was priced at whooping $1000 at American Lease. You have two of those and it will cost you more than the entire bumper itself.

The employees there are racist. They don't speak in front of you in English. If you speak Spanish (Hispanic origin), they will give you the opportunity to get a car. In addition, their prices are very high compared to some other companies such as PUBG... They have reasonable prices. I do not advise you to visit them.
