I absolutely loved living here!!
For college apartments these are super nice and they are furnished with really cute stuff!!
The atmosphere here is really laid back and the amenities are also great. They basically have everything you could want including a really nice pool, hot tub, gym, study rooms, tanning. The staff and maintenance are so nice and always very helpful and friendly.
I didn’t have any issues moving out since I took care of my apartment and left it clean when I moved out.
Living here was a great experience for me and I would recommend it to any college student!

I recently moved out of Aspen Heights this past summer and wanted to leave my thoughts on the property and my experience. I would like to start by saying that the leasing office was incredibly attentive to all of my needs throughout my three years living there. They provided clear expectations for the move out process in the many different emails, which in turn created a very smooth and easy move out process.
Additionally, the amenities at this property were unlike anything I’ve experienced at other communities I’ve lived in before. I highly recommend living here—you won’t regret it!

I’ve lived at Aspen Heights Fayetteville for the past 3 years, and my experience has been fantastic. The community has a great atmosphere, with friendly neighbors and a management team that is always responsive and helpful. The amenities, like the pool, gym, and study rooms, are well-maintained and really add to the living experience. Maintence crew does not get enough appreciation for the hard work they do taking care of all the issues that they have to deal with.

I lived here for two years and loved it. T atmosphere around the property is awesome and it’s in a great location. I honestly miss the amenities they offer after moving. Clean you apartment when you move out and you’ll have no problems with charges.

Living at Aspen was the best decision I’ve ever made! The community here is welcoming and I’ve made so many friends! The amenities provided help me thrive academically and socially creating the best college experience! My pup and I are so thankful to live in an environment that’s the best for both of us! We love the management here too! The pricing is also extremely affordable and simple, what you see is what you pay every month! My favorite thing is the bark park and the hammocks at the pool! Attached are just a few moments of the many memories I have made living here!

Loved loving here, no issue throughout my lease. I saw other reviews about charges but if you clean your apartment (like normal tenants) when you move out, you’ll have zero issues.

My AC was broken for weeks during the summer. The front desk is run by teenagers who don’t really know how to help. 70% of people going to the pool don’t live here and get broken glass everywhere and management doesn’t do anything. They tried to assign us a roomate with a pet even though my other roommate is allergic and it took so much effort to fix. The apartment is nice, parking is good, the maintenance people are super great when they do make it out.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Such a scam. I honestly had no problems with the apartment until the move out. As the other reviews have said, they charge you HUNDREDS in FAKE move out fees. They are openly taking advantage of college kids and robbing them because they think they can. I am a landlord myself and cosigned for my daughter here and am ashamed of their unscrupulous behavior. There should be a class action suit against them for the fake charges and collections. They are trying to make up profits via collections.
My daughter and her roommates were charged over $1300 for a stained couch (you'll see other reviews with the same photo and fake charge - they're using this same photo to send to multiple units) As mentioned, I am a landlord myself, so I flew to Arkansas and personally cleaned the room and used bleach head to toe so I know there wasn't a stained couch. And $1,300 for one cloth cushion, come on!!! They almost never used the couch and strongly believe the stains were from their generic picture they send all students. It's the same photo other students have posted. And even if these kids did stain couches, it's called reasonable and expected wear and tear and is in no way near valued at over $1300 is actually ridiculous. You'll see that they have a common collections of $387 per student. They have sent ours to collections as well and added to our credit report, though, we challenged the charges PER THEIR OUTLINED PROCESS!!! We got no response and even sent a confirmation email saying we've responded within the window and since we haven't heard back from you, per your policy, we assume the issue to be resolved. No response. I am talking with an attorney on the matter so if others are talking to attorney's please reach out as this is unacceptable. Let's work together!
Students/parents looking for college housing - we have had some good experiences near campus but this place is definitely a horrible and unethical place. DO NOT rent from them!!
