I had an amazing experience at Jaguar Palm Beach, and I cannot recommend this dealership enough! The location is beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. My sales member, Ken Comiskey, was fantastic. He worked with me back and forth on a Jaguar F-Type I was interested in and kept me informed throughout the process. He is more than excellent and above 10 out of 10!

When the right car finally came in, the entire experience—from the initial sales introduction to the delivery—was seamless and exceptional. Ken went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier. Jaguar of Palm Beach provided me with an overall great experience in my purchase of an F-PACE SVR.

My salesman, Brian, provided me with a very comfortable sales experience despite me bringing some haggle and obstacles with my deal. I was always taken seriously and respectfully with every encounter. The manager, Ricardo made ends meet to close the deal. JPB does not cheap out when it comes to taking care of their clients. I was given some goodies with my car during handover. Delivery day was smooth, in and out in 30 mins.

I highly recommend Jaguar of Palm Beach, and will return to service for many miles (and smiles) to come.

Arrived for scheduled appointment on Saturday morning, on time. Took my car right away, performed oil change; checked battery and tires, evaluated brakes and was a speedy service.
Their waiting area/lounge was nice as I had a raisin bagel toasted with margarine, drink and more! Nice touch Jaguar Palm Beach.

First off I’d like to say that it’s not easy to get up and go to a car dealership and honestly trust them to help you and guide you in the right direction. My experience at Jaguar dealership of Palm Beach has made me do a complete 180. They aren’t your typical dealership, which is why I’m taking the time to write a review. Outstanding! Eric made me feel comfortable along with confident that my vehicle purchase was worth it then and will be worth it in the future. He was so patient (which I feel is key to being a great salesman). He was also very knowledgeable of all the cars in which I was interested in. Eric even went as far as to send me pictures and videos so that I was completely happy with my choice before making a final decision. Also, Bret, the financial manager, was extremely helpful and honest with ways in which my payments met my needs. I want everyone to experience what I had the pleasure experiencing! I just bought a 2019 Mercedes S560 coupe from Jaguar of Palm Beach. I have been pleased with Lance Pain's help and attention to detail during the process of purchasing the car. He has been readily available for any questions and requests. He arranged for transportation to my home in Massachusetts and the carrier was prompt and effective. I have been without a full dashboard for 1 year. First, it was the leather on the dashboard that started peeling in August of 2023. That took until April of 2024 to confirm it was covered by warranty, order the part and get it installed. Upon installation they cracked the trim piece above the dashboard. $100,000 car with no trim on the dashboard! All I get is “We are working on it”! Don’t take your car to this dealer.

Brian Gutierrez was an amazing salesperson. Such a straightforward and easy experience. He made getting my BMW x7 M60 so easy. I told him I was in a hurry and I was in and out in record time going down the road. 10/10 would recommend.
