I met Kris when she facilitated a retreat for an organization of which I'm also involved.

The organization has had residual Covid-19 challenges and needed to take a step back to revisit the mission/vision as well as redefine and reassign almost all operational processes and procedures.

I was definitely not happy about having to attend a work retreat on a Saturday, but the energy of the presenters kept me engaged.

We have a second retreat in the fall, and I hope the organization chooses Kris and her team again!

Kris is extremely knowledgeable about the stages of organizations and how to help them. She volunteered her time to help our start-up nonprofit and was a tremendous benefit to our development. She was able to quickly focus on our needs through her interviews with members of the team. She then translated that into exercises at a retreat she facilitated to help us land on our next steps. The process was very beneficial in identifying challenges and needs, as well as how to overcome them and fill them. An excellent process that we truly could not have done without her expertise and guidance. Highly recommend it for an organization at any stage, whether to fine tune or to identify missing processes and procedures, and areas for improvement and development.
