Outstanding Experience Leasing My Volvo XC90

I recently leased a Volvo XC90 through Syed , and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I got the best deal possible.

Worked with Alex to get a new vehicle back in July. The process went OK, but had to stay on top of him. New car was delivered July 10th, old lease return was picked up by their driver (he drove off in it) with the promise that they will work with Nissan for the vehicle return. Fast forward to today, Nissan still hasn't received the vehicle and Alex won't pick up my calls or return voicemails. No one ever picks up the "office" number. Stay away unless you want to deal with issues!!!

I was chatting with a colleague who recommended Alex. Within minutes Alex called me while I was in front of a salesman at a dealership. A bit hesitant, I sent Alex the specs of what I needed and didn't expect much to come of it. The next morning Alex came back with pricing that beat every single dealership I had visited and haggled for weeks. I went with Alex and had my car the very next day.

The entire process was painless - sent Alex the exact car I wanted, got a price, submitted our app, signed paperwork, took delivery.

I will never consider getting another car anywhere else!

I had an accident that totalled my car and I was connected with Alex for a replacement. Alex was very helpful, polite and came through for me with a great lease deal (which I never even considered!). Except for a very minor miscommunication, I am extremely satisfied with my decision and will definitely reach out to Alex when my lease ends and am ready to purchase a new car!!!
