This review has been a long time coming. They’re amazing, I don’t understand the negative reviews, most of them are upset bc the people at motopia want to get paid for the car that they rented out to them. I got my car about five months ago, haven’t had any issues with the car or payment. Tiffany was awesome, the whole team is awesome. I got rear ended and they were true to their word, if an accident is not your fault, they’ll hook you up with a replacement car while yours gets fixed. Again……. Most of the negative reviews are from people who are upset that motopia shut off their car or took it back because they failed to pay…. Unreal.

Their website doesn't match anything they tell you. They only list that they don't take DoorDash , Grubhub, and Eats trips as ride-share proof for the lowered down payment amount only in a FAQ page all the way at the bottom of the website almost hiding it. They quote higher weekly payment prices than what the website says, and the availability doesn't match up. Then when pressured into a corner will lie and say you have violations on your driving record, that don't exist, as a reason why you are paying a higher down payment amount. Naaah sorry I'm good I was on the fence about them and had been getting sketchy vibes from them got a while now. Believe the negative reviews. This place is sketchy as hell.

People talk about how incompetent you are but I never believed until today,I have been paying 375$ on this car for for the past 52 weeks, you refused to process ACH, the lady that processed my payment told me that my payment was late and she needed to charge me 30$ late fee I told her NOT to do it coz the card belong to my wife BISOLA AKINGBASOTE coz she borrowed me the card to use, I also told her that my wife only authorized me to use 375$ from the card not 405$, I have used this same card more than 5 times no one charged me ACH FEES and if you want to start charging ACH FEES which is not part of the agreement I will definitely go to court, she has already gone to the bank to complain, this card has never been charged 30$ CC FEES before, you people closed on Tuesday when I normally paid my 375$ how is that my fault, GO AND CHECK THE HISTORY OF MY PAYMENT WITH THIS SAME CARD, I have been paying with 3 different cards without charging me ACH FEES, you people refused to take the money from my account for more than 30 weeks now I have always pay with card, this is a stealing on my wife’s account and she has already reported to the bank, like I said go and check the history of my payment you will see that no one charged me ACH FEES, I’ll make sure that I recover the 30$ back, she told me it was a late fees and now you talking about ACH, what do I now believe I have had this car for more than a year i always make my payments with no one charging me extra
And I have proofs in my email that I have already did the authorization more than 3 times but you people always called to take the payment, again this is extremely incompetent and also stealing, I have done the ACH more than 3 times and I have proofs
