ABSOLUTE BEST DEALS AND SERVICE!! Not sure what the bad reviews are about but I know for a fact that they go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal possible (even if it means the deals may not be with them) I was guided every step of the way. This is now my 3rd time leasing from them and they will be my forever preferred dealer. Have recommended many people and each and every person was just as happy as I was! I typically do not leave reviews but had to let everyone know. I understand chances are a person will write a bad review quicker than a good one but I'm sure if you were left dissatisfied, it would only be because you didn't get the quote you wanted. Everyone wants a luxury car for the price of a hoopty nowadays not understanding the how drastically the car industry changed since COVID. WILL ABSOLUTELY CONTINUE RECOMMENDING THEM!!

Three years ago they found me the luxury car I had wanted for years at a reasonable price and made sure that all of the paperwork was done for me quickly and easily. They delivered the car to me and took away my old lease. This month, they found me another lease, at an even better price, and they took care of everything again. They drove the new lease to my job, and within ten minutes they exchanged everything and took the old lease away. I never had to deal with the dealership and I was always able to get my questions answered and my concerns taken care of. I highly recommend Lease4Less Auto Group to everyone, especially if you like quality and customer service. It’s good to deal with decent and honest people in this world.

This car rental agency is the worst I have ever seen!!! From the time arriving there until the end.

We were the only ones there and from the time we arrived at the facility until the time we left it took 45 minutes to get us on our way. The virtual agent did not seem to understand fully what she was doing.

We rental and pd online however upon arriving they told us there were many more cost that were not covered and we would need to pay them. They insisted that I use their insurance, when I told them "No, I would use mine" then I was told I HAD to purchase their liablity insurance. After everything was I over I had to pay an additional $199 in fees.

Two days AFTER returning car I received an email telling me that I was being charged $580 for damage to the car. Upon reviewing the picture they sent with that particular email it was the exact same picture they had attached in an email me to review prior damage before leaving lot and to add an additional damage found. After pointing this out to the agent I was told they would have to review it. He did call back later and told me the charge would be credited back to me but refused to send it to me in writing via email or text and at that time hung up on me.

In conclusion, I would NEVER rent or refer this company again to anyone. They were unprofessional, were not customer friendly, nor did they seem to be doing the right thing.

This is the 3rd time leasing with Igor and my Son as well. Professional and courteous. Always with the lowest prices and reliable when delivering a car. What is promised via phone is what is delivered when picking up the vehicle. Don't waste your time any place else, speak to Igor and you'll be satisfied.

Lease 4 Less came highly recommended by a close friend and his office. While my initial experience was overwhelmingly positive with an easy pick up of the car I wanted, I have been plagued with challenges since September. First, I got two tickets from EZ Pass for toll evasion when the agent picked up the car for me, one of which is now in collections despite being told it was taken care of by Lease 4 Less. Second, I lost use of my car for 13 days AND had to pay over $100 in fees because Lease 4 Less didn't give the dealership the paperwork they needed to transfer my plates appropriately.

I tried to get in touch with my agent multiple times and many emails (preferred as it's better for all of our records) have gone ignored. So disappointed but I guess as long as they got the commission off my lease, they didn't care about me any longer.

- Don't use this company

- Pay for the 75 cent tolls when you're picking a car up for someone
- Take responsibility for your errors and pay for any fees (in my case, over $200)
- Don't pass issues off to the dealer who will then pass it back to you
- Don't ignore your customers who will come back for years and years to come if you don't get them sent to collections and simply treat them fairly
