Amazing experience!!! Jeff was very helpful and patient in taking care of me finding/ getting into a new car as well as getting rid of my old car, I never used a auto leasing company in the past, I would usually go into the dealerships myself and get ripped off/ be there the entire day, but thank god for Jeff and his company. They made everything so easy!!! Everything was done over the phone and the car was even delivered to me at my job after we struck a deal, what more can you ask for!!! He really goes out of his way to help his customers get the best deal possible!!!! Very honest/ helpful people!!! I would definitely recommend them 1000% and they have a customer for life in me and my family/ friends moving forward.

Hassle free and peace of mind. I Ordered my 2025 Mazda cx5 and Jeff and Daisy delivered it to my home. The transaction was easy and the car was here in 3 days. From the very start of the process Crossroads made the client feel like the number one priority. No dealers no haggling they came and picked up our old car and the new one was delivered 2 hours later right to our driveway. I will never buy or lease a car another way again. I recently leased a 2023 Land Rover Defender through Jeff at Crossroads Auto, and I must say the service was top notch. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Jeff was highly knowledgeable, guiding me through the options and ensuring I got the best deal tailored to my preferences. Communication was prompt and clear, making the leasing experience stress-free. Initially, he couldn’t find exactly what I wanted but Jeff’s an out of the box thinker and he came through with a solution that made everyone happy. I highly recommend Crossroads Auto services and would gladly work with Jeff and the team again in the future. Definitely referring all colleagues and friends.
PS- Jeff drove 2.5 hours in the pouring rain during Friday rush our traffic to drop off my car to me. I told him to wait for the next day but he insisted. How’s that for white glove service

If I could give 10 stars I would! With my current lease ending I went to a few dealers to look at cars and get quotes, each experience was stressful, exhausting, and I received extremely high quotes. I started to Google leasing agents that could personally help me more. I came across Jeff at crossroads auto leasing, and I’m so glad I did! From the first conversation until the moment I got my new car the entire process was seamless! He literally took care of everything, communicated every step, was extremely friendly, answered all of my many questions, got me the BEST quote, and most importantly personally delivered my amazing new car! The best part is, Jeff got my brand new lease delivered to me in 2 days from our first conversation, and took my old lease back! I’m still in awe how great this process was. We had the best experience with Crossroads Auto Leasing. My husband and I never used a car broker before but after seeing so many 5 star reviews we decide to give Crossroads Auto leasing a try. The whole experience was almost too good to be true. Thanks to Jeff, leasing a car has never been this easy. He was professional, patient and highly knowledgeable with the various options he presented us. He was able to find the exact make and model we were looking for and the price was much lower than what the dealerships quoted us. Jeff made the entire process seamless from the first phone call until the car was delivered to my driveway just a few days later. He even took our previous leased car back for us. Highly recommend!!! We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Jeff & Rafael are both fantastic at what they do. Courteous, helpful and super communicative. They made my lease turn-in and getting a new one seemless and affordable without the hassle of dealing back and forth with dealerships.
