If you can stay away from this place I most certainly would… the are very much liars and will sell you junk . I leased a car for 20885 and due to the hurricane it was a total loss eddy lead me to believe my title was clean and there wasn’t anything wrong. The insurance totaled the car out and this is where I learned my title is rebuilt they are not honest about there cars or the problems with it and is not even trying to make it right ! Very bad if k could give zero stars I would

The employees were great. The vehicle was nice & clean. However, the inability to bring the car early in the morning unless we drop at the airport ViP for an extra 100$ + fee especially, when all the other rentals have someone to there at no extra cost was the only down fall.

So, being someone who has brought and sold cars most of all my life, and many times here on Facebook Marketplace, I have never encountered such a rude Business person. So I made an offer to buy the Vehicle for a Bargaining price out the door and this is how they responded to me, "Are you really that stupid?" Thank God I am a different person than what I used to be

took my car to get fixed at roaches automotive which is right behind affordable i have a dodge challenger scatpack fully built by andrew roach the radiator went out cant get a new one for a couple days so i need a car affordable hooked me up with a good price because i was roaches customer very good service and price

I have never in my life experience what I did at Aco car rental. First it took forever to get someone to assist. Then they cannot find my reservation. I was not the only one. After 1.5 hours, it's 11:00 pm, and customer service is gone. They kicked me and a family of four out without a car, no ride and who cares. The other family had two small children. They locked the doors and we are on the street in a strange neighborhood. I have never seen anything like this. It is shady as all get out and very few people made it out with a rental car. I give it an FFF-. Do not rent from this joint.

My flight got cancelled and kept getting delayed. Finally got to Tampa at 1am on a Saturday. Good people that care about helping others. Very good prices, highly recommend to any one traveling.

Booked rental car, granted last minute, went to car site to find they overbooked and had no vehicles available. Was directed to call customer service, which we did and was directed to go to another location for vehicle. Attempted to call this location several times before ultimately going there to find they also did not have any cars available. Waste of time and money as we had to use Lyfts to get around. Thankfully affordable car rental nearby answered phone call right away and answered questions promptly, go there instead!

I called 2x before we made trip over to rent a car. We got a quote for $269(something like that)+ deposit of $200. He asked did I have full coverage insurance or pip I replied full coverage. We finally get there and find out oh your insurance isn’t transferable 😑. I said you only asked did I have full coverage. He attempted to lie and say no we always say transferable. I spoke to him this morning as well as last night. My sister also called yesterday as well and was told the same thing I was. And told to come in. Anyways the price went up to $400 for the week with $250 deposit 😐 because I “have no insurance”. Long story short be honest about what’s required before people take time out of their day, to come to you. I just needed another car for a week to handle some business. I Just hate dishonesty or half of the truth😉 just be honest👌🏽
