I just American rent-a-car and the service was amazing. Both gentlemen Norris and Doug went above and beyond for me. I will definitely keep my business ongoing with them. Oh I need to mention the tree, it is the most beautiful in the whole airport they really stepped it up.

Simply amazing! Norris was Patient and helpful.
He asked if he could help me. And he did.
Had trouble with debit card because of prior fraudulent charges. He helped me through the process with calling my bank. Finally my bank cleared the charge. I rented the car. Norris stayed later than his shift just to help me. So grateful.

Robin was incredibly helpful! We had our reservation with another company get messed up! He got us all set up with a rental with a car seat and even referred us to some great food near by. We were traveling with our 3 year old, had our original flight into Tampa delayed, and frustrated over how long it was taking to pick up the car we’d already reserved from another company. He got our situation handled and expressed genuine concern and helpfulness . We truly appreciate Robin’s amazing customer service skills and patience! Keep up the great work Robin!
