I purchased a used truck along with a service contract from Autto. The Autto service contract gave me some confidence in buying the used vehicle if anything big were to go wrong.
In the two years I've owned the truck, I've had to have two major repairs complete. Both times I submitted claims through Autto and they were absolutely incredible to help me in getting my truck repaired. Not only was it great to have the service contract help cover costs, but the Autto team helped me find the best shop to complete the repairs for reasonable prices.
Both experiences were immediately relieving to me in frustrating situations. I went from being apprehensive in "is buying the Autto service agreement with the truck worth it", to "I'm so glad I did and their team is excellent".
A huge shoutout to Martin with the latest claim I had to make, thank you so much for your work and great customer service.

Called to cancel. Because I was emailed to contract rather than US mail, I only had 10 days to cancel instead of 20. They refuse to cancel and refund. Scum of the earth, but hey, its the car business. Its not like I expected honesty and integrity. Never again.

Update November 7 2024

I wound up having a really great, really positive and very productive conversation with Dustin that ended with understanding and terms we can both live with and be happy. It was an impressive conversation with a smart person. Completely changed my opinion. Glad to be a customer!

Update January 3 2025

I signed a cancellation agreement on November 5 and was told that I would receive my refund in 3-4 weeks. I've received nothing. I emailed Dustin 18 days ago and he replied, stating that, "Roman, I just found it, and I resent it to the dealer for a refund and asked accounting to fast-forward the refund; I am sorry for my mistake!" I've still received nothing. At this point, I am just taking the $5400 hit and assuming I've been taken. Dustin has no integrity. I still have mine. I'm grateful I don't have to steal from honest people to make a living.

Autto has been an amazing help to me many times. I’ve had trouble keeping the ball rolling with some places, but Dustin is an amazing employee and is always available. Working with Dustin has been quick and easy, and he is always very kind, polite and professional! With my last two claims all it took was ONE call to Dustin and I didn’t have to worry about it anymore! I am very impressed with Dustin and Autto!

The dealer we took our car to submitted a claim to Autto and originally they denied the claim. After a few phone calls and some clarifying information, Marissa was able to help get a portion covered. Marissa, and Autto did a great job working through this issue with me, and took time to actually understand my concerns/point of view.

Autto was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I recently picked up a truck and after about a month started having some front end suspension issues. I took it to one of their recommended shops and they quickly got to working on it. While they were looking for the issue they found some additional damages that needed to be fixed. They handled the whole process and make it simple to get it figured out. While we are still working on the original issue, the service so far has been excellent. Dustin has been working with me to get this last issue figured out and has been super helpful and gone out of his way to make sure we get this fixed. Highly, highly recommend getting a warranty through Autto. I also highly recommend getting the full coverage plan as well. Adds a much needed peace of mind to buying a used vehicle. Thanks to the team at Autto for making the process great and stress free!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of talking to a few people from autto and am very pleased with their communication, integrity, and promptness with approving work. However, I highly recommend everyone looks through the fine print. Dealer sold me this warranty and said If anything were to happen to the drivetrain of my truck this warranty would cover the entirety of the work needed with the exception of the $100 deductible. When time came to use the warranty I realized the dealer wasn’t truthful and sold me the lower package that has a max payout of 2500 dollars. It was disappointing discovering I would still owe so much on my repairs.autto did everything they could to help me out with this even though they had already upheld their end of the bargain, which speaks largely on the quality and integrity of this company and their people.
