Mr. Christopher Robinson was an honest, thoughtful, and very knowledgable salesman. He took time explaining things, recommended the style of car we wanted based on our needs.He was patient and thorough as we test drove cars to select the one we wanted. The purchase process was seamless and well organized as well as the education on our car after purchase. Thank you Chris and colleagues for all of your assistance. I absolutely love my car! My experience at Ziegler BMW of Orland Park Illinois was phenomenal. My sales representative Joe McFadden, treated me with the upmost respect allowed me to come in several times to spec out and make decisions on my next purchase which is a beautiful 2023 BMW X6 Xdrive 40I. I was truly impressed with the fact that he brought this Beautiful vehicle out for me to see. After patiently listening to exactly what my desires and wants were for my next vehicle. Introduced me to a polite and respectful finance manager. Both of them were the last people at the dealership to make sure that my WISHES came true. I took it home with me that night. God is good!!!!!

I went into the dealership expecting to pay an arm and leg fora oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Also the service coordinator Cory was very helpful and answered all of my questions clearly. FYI.. I also had to bring my kids and the setting was very welcoming ? Thanks BMW in Orlando for your service..

Huda was my sales rep and was nice and helpful. Matt, whose title is rightfully “BMW Genius” on his card, was very knowledgeable in helping me with the initial setup of my car. And I’d say that Management was “interesting”.

I was told by my rep that the dealership was losing money on the car and wouldn’t go any lower than the price offered online. They then lowered the price 2 times in a few day period and I had to follow up with my rep about the price drops. They were also lower on my trade than 3 other dealerships and said they would not negotiate at all.

They finally lowered the price of the car online, to where it was in line with my offer. I had to call to confirm the price drop I saw online and then we seemed to agree to a sale. I then forwarded all of my information for my trade-in, including current pay-off. When they ran the final numbers, they used the old pay-off (4 days old) vs the current info I sent them and then, after everything was basically done and I paid what I said I’d pay, they told me I owed them $53 because they input the wrong info.

It felt like they were mad at me for wanting to buy a car they were losing money. Like I said above, I accepted $3,000 less for my car than other dealers quoted me to get the sale completed and I wasn’t upset with them about that.

Car looks great, the sales rep was nice and helpful, but as I’ve noted, management was “interesting”…

I had an awesome buying experience with Gio and Sam, I was an out of town buyer and they made the process as simple as possible. Very professional, plus they have a fantastic inventory, go buy a car here!
