O Pior lugar pra morar nos Estados Unidos, condominio podre, lixo na porta podre, maquinas de lavar loucas, roupa e secar velhas e imundas, fogao, geladeira podres, ar condicionado podre, cheio de baratas, poucas vagas pra estacionar o carro, escuta ate o peido dos vizinhos, piscina inmunda assim como toda a area de lazer e ginastica. Um inferno, uma favela, LOTADO de caribenhos sem educacao e nada a ver com nada. The worst place to live in the United States, a rotten condominium, garbage at the door, rotten washing machines, stoves, and refrigerators, rotten air conditioning, full of cockroaches, few parking spaces, you can even hear your neighbors fart. A hell, a slum.

After my previous review. I am updating it because the office called. They were sincerely apologetic. The guy was new whom called me. He said they basically hired new people and are trying their best to improve the apartment complex and making sure every resident is happy. They are trying their best to follow up with complaints. So I'll keep them accountable but he seemed sincere.

I have more than a year of living here and I love this place, just recently renewed my lease, and special thanks to Virginia, she is very kind and professional. She assisted me with my first lease and always smiled and had a good attitude.
I work in customer service, and she enjoys what she does, thanks for all your prompt answers to my questions!
It is a good location, a safe place to live, and a nice social area!

Office service with residents is horrible!
common area very poorly maintained. Lawn, playground etc
bowling never works
The apartment's air conditioning breaks frequently and takes up to 1 month to fix
pool area with very broken chairs.
swimming pool not open to residents for more than 10 days in summer

Angel has repeatedly lied to my wife and myself about her refund, so far its over 3 months and no refund due to the incompetence on the offices parts. They are in breach of several FL laws. His recent response that she has received a check and cashed it, is demonstrably false. The check they finally sent after I called JRK Holdings (Citras parent company) never made it to us due to some insufficient address on the letter. I have several emails showing this breach of Florida Law and the errors made by the property. I reached out to Angel that his comments are falsified, and he hung up on me. I'm currently preparing litigation against Citra and Angel Ortiz himself. if you read through the many reviews, you will see this is standard practice at Citra.

The staff here are very helpful, and friendly. They respond to requests quickly and the process was fairly easy and quick to allow us to move in. Our neighbors have been very friendly as well. It’s a lovely community! Ask for Virginia…she was amazing to work with.

When I moved into my apartment at Citra at Windermere, I was kind of scared about living alone for the first time in my life. I am writing this review for Liliana, a very kind hearted employee who truly made me feel right at home, safe, and even still to this day offers me with any assistance I might need. It really makes living easier when you have people truly by your side.

STAY. AWAY.

We moved out because of a horrible experience with maintenance in addition to constantly being considered an afterthought when we brought up our issues to the office. Our mistake was paying for their cleaning service to make the move out process as “seamless.” After we paid and moved away we got another bill with random fees such as “trash” when the apartment was cleaned spotless.

We paid the fees we allegedly still owed to be done with the situation, but today we got a letter from a collections agency for the same payment amount because the Management of Citra at Windermere is negligent and did not properly document that we paid them. But they sure were quick in sending it off to collections! They don’t care about anyone, or even their complex. They just care about squeezing as much money out of you as possible.
