Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve rented from other exotic car rentals around Vegas and by far Diplomat has given me the best service. They were timely with the delivery and sadly(?) with the pickup as well! (I didn’t want to turn it back in) and they went the extra mile to ensure that I was getting the best experience. I rent Ferraris pretty regularly and this F8 was in top notch form. For having 20k miles on it, it was kept clean and properly serviced. I hope to come back to Vegas to do it again soon!

We rented a Mercedes Malbach for 3 days from Diplomat. Unfortunately, the vehicle was filthy. With problems w the back hatch door. It wasn't working properly. The inside stunk horribly. The floor mats were disgusting. Stains all over the inside roof liner. We received the vehicle w just over a half tank of gas. I tried on several occasions to get a response to these issues w zero luck. When you spend almost $4k to rent an "exotic" vehicle, you expect it to be flawless. Not in this instance. We did everything online as we're from outta town. I recommend if choosing Diplomat you go to the showroom to pick out a ride as opposed to online. False advertising unfortunately. ?‍♂️?

Awesome experience would use them again for sure. I texted phone number a couple months prior to our vacation. They responded quick were very helpful in the process of deciding which vehicle to rent. After changing my mind a couple times I finally decided on which vehicle. Luis told me they would bring the car to the hotel we were staying at. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. Him and his brother got us on our way and we had an absolute blast driving that car. It was a once in a lifetime experience and they didn’t disappoint. Great experience all around !

Diplomat Exotic Car Rentals is the best in customer service, professionalism, reliability, etc. I could add words all day so I'll just say they were awesome in every way.

I was in Vegas with friends and family celebrating my 60th birthday and decided I wanted to rent a Cadillac Escalade to pick my daughter and son in law up from the airport in. My daughter thought she was in Vegas to celebrate their anniversary and had no idea I was there and had planned it all. Within a couple of hours after reaching out to Diplomat a sparkling clean, black Escalade was delivered to my hotel.

They walked me through the whole process including making sure I had enough insurance coverage, which of course I didn't. One quick call to my agent and within minutes the declaration page showing the increased coverage was emailed to me. They kept me updated through text messages on when the car would be delivered. I was able to sign the contract remotely avoiding a trip to their rental office.

They made everything so easy for me. I only hope they are still around when I turn 70 because I'm already planning on driving around Las Vegas in a Lamborghini on that occasion.

I rented a rolls from these guys for my wedding. No car, no location, no working phone number. When I finally the owners number from the casino they WERE located in, the guy said he didn’t have the car I rented. I have to dispute the transaction now that they didn’t refund my money as agreed. Went to another place and got a car just in time for the wedding

I rented the Dodge Charger Hellcat. It was clean easy to drive. A lot of fun! So much power, sounded amazing! I took it to a couple destinations outside Vegas, definitely got my moneys worth. I would do it again.

Honestly Diplomat Exotic Rentals wasn't my first choice. Another rental joint wasn't able to help me out on a GT3RS and I was just about to forget renting a cool car in Las Vegas altogether. But I reached out on the little message link on their website and was greeted instantly with great customer service. I told them my issues and that I really wanted a 911. Theirs was in the shop too but they gave me a few options to think about. I visited the office at the Sahara and they let me look at a few cars before I couldn't say no to the Dodge Challenger widebody Hellcat Redeye. They made me a deal on a 24hr unlimited mile rental and I could not be more satisfied with everything. Renting was very easy, checkout and damage checking was all done digitally and they even got through to my insurance company for me to make sure everything was covered before I left. Check in was easy too and they seemed just as excited as I was after driving that cool car. These guys have the right passion for what they do and it totally shows. Highly recommend!
