Stepping in the car purchasing was was very intimidating and a lot of information, as I was researching and meeting with many potential dealerships. He was so helpful in providing all possible potential cars, and in the end was able to get me my brand new car for such an amazing price. I was recommended to Tomik Galstian by a friend who always makes sure we get the best, and it was the BIGGEST blessing he did. It was time to replace my 2006 Honda Civic that had no working A/C, no working Radio and was just falling apart. I was so scared to buy a new car because I was clueless. Tomik asked me what I was looking for, I gave him the list of things I needed, and right away he jumped in and even late at night he started looking for the perfect car, and made SURE my payments were something I could afford. He went to detail about picking the color and even the stitching. Even answered simple questions like what type of gas, how to pair my phone, work the side mirrors, set up auto pay, and recommend how I can protect the car paint. Working with Raffi at Empire Auto was such an amazing experience. We wanted a specific car that was super hard to find at the time (a red 2024 Toyota Prius), we went to many dealers, looked online, but were unsuccessful or the price was way too high. Raffi was able to find the exact model and color within a short period of time AND he got us an unbeatable deal.
