This company was so professional and helpful. When I arrived I didnt realize I needed my Canadian insurance papers and they were patient while I contacted my provider. The gentleman that helped me navigate the situation also showed me how to get to Kennedy Space Center, was honest and upfront about the costs including the toll fees. I ended up returning the car a day early because of the hurricane that was headed right for the area and they were very accommodating and supportive. Great company, highly recommend them!

Initially the impression was extremely positive. But when we returned the car everything was ruined. The car was delivered 1 day earlier, but we were not given our money back. That's why only 3 stars.

I highly recommend Fair Rent A Car....they make it easy and hassle free to rent a car. The car they provided was excellent, the customer service was great and pricing was very reasonable. Upon returning the car, I was going to take an Uber back to my hotel and the gentlemen that was there said he was headed out for lunch and offered to give me a ride which he did....that was most appreciated!

Just got back from Orlando and had a great experience with this car rental company. Just like the name of the business, they are very "Fair". I usually use Uber when I'm in Orlando because it cost more to get a rental at Orlando airport. This time I took a chance on this car rental company based on the reviews. The price, you can't beat. The service, exceptional. The owner, very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use them again now that I know about them. I ubered to the resort, made arrangements for a car rental, took an Uber to them, and got the car. No long waiting.
