I recently had a very frustrating experience with fast track mobility and feel I should share with you. My nightmare started when I tried to report a minor accident where I was hit in the rear by a truck (flat bet) that was reversing from a driveway at a work site with out a ground person guiding or stopping traffic. When I went to make the report, I was told to wait in a room, after over 5 hours I was still waiting. The staff’s sense of time is non-existent and when they finally get to you they are so indifferent and dismissive, they just couldn’t care less about my issues, all they were concerned about was taking my money $607.for a damage that probably cost $300. To Repair. After about 4 months and countless emails, phone calls and texts, I was told few different stories “the insurance only cover a portion of the repair or that I was found to be at fault”. See attached.
If you are looking for a company that threats customers with dignity and respect, I highly suggest you stay away from fast track

I had some issues, but the people at Fast Track were extremely helpful. Muhammad Frasat one of the reps was especially brilliant going above and beyond to assist. Fast Track customer service is superb. They are always available to assist with any concerns at any time Always go with Fast Track. The best in town.!

Came here as requested by the Uber Rental Partners website. I decided to try out the service for 2 weeks before making an 8 week commitment as advertised. I’ve been driving their vehicle for less than a week, but I have to leave a review...

1. Fast Track is really SLOW Track. I was here for about 4 hours waiting on the car they had advertised which was at a different location. Expect to wait.

2. The sales staff members were very friendly and helpful. Once I received the car, the Uber rep was able to link the car to my account instantly and get me on the road- kudos to him. Also, the application process was relatively swift (less than 24 hours).

3. The car. Just look at the pictures. Granted, I took their oldest, cheapest model (2014 Toyota Camry), but certain cosmetic and mechanical issues should be fixed before renting a vehicle to anyone. The whole car has scratches in random areas, the front bumper started hanging after I drove on the highway, and there’s some kind of rattling noise that kicks in above 30MPH which concerns me. The interior of the car needs detailing, period. Cars should not be released in this condition.

4. Cost. The oldest model is $375/week. Less than ideal considering their competitors, but for this price, I expected a good car. What I received being less than good is an understatement. Also, be prepared to leave a deposit (which they have listed on their website) for anything less than a 8 week rental. Also also, you will have to come out of pocket up to $1000 if anything happens to the car while it’s in your possession, your fault or not.

5. Why did I continue with the rental? Simply put, I was out of patience and needed to start earning for the weekend. If I left and went to another company, I would have most likely had to wait until Monday for a vehicle (this was Friday).

I gave this company two stars instead of one because of the staff. The human element is crucially important, especially in sales, but everything else needs to be in order for businesses to work effectively- I’m sure the owner would agree. In this case, I settled for less because the opportunity to earn was greater than the price of waiting. For anyone else, don’t settle, make sure things are the way they are supposed to be, and always get what you are paying for- nothing less. May not continue with this company after the vehicle is returned unless I can get a better car, same year, make, model and price.

I used to ent a vehicle from them to do Access a ride.
One day I went home for a break and I parked my car on my street and somebody while backing , they hit my car in the front (nothing major some scratches only), when I noticed the hit, I complained to my rental company and they told me to visit their office for inspection of the vehicle . Next day i went to their office for inspection, they had me in their office for 5 hours after all that procedure they billed me for 1200 dollars and billed me for the whole bumper damage but those damages were already there before I took that car for lease. I had the proof , had some videos where i clarified that those damages had already been to the car . After clarifying them that damage wasn’t by my mistake they billed me for $483.50 and wasted my day.
They have unprofessional staff they won't even listen to you , they have employer working their named Jenny don't go to her if you're still dealing with them!

They put on hold for week to get the car and when you went there to give them priority from other leasing companies like Sally and Tower etc and choose fast treat and arrived on time and after getting your info and debit and credit info one told you they don’t have car right now. I m getting car same day I was approved from tower and sally but I went there to see reviews on google and after wait about half hour one car show up and they told go and check like window shopping, I knew it’s my fault to choose this ugly car but I though it’s ok. Later I knew it’s key broken, sound coming from engine, on highway, go up to 40 mph if u paddle brake it’s bubbling, one sensor of air broke which sign is blinking and I have to to fix it before start driving same day I got? What a joke.
Guys u should change your slogan drive same day because u have to fix it before driving. I talked someone on phone he said go that place and get fix it, ok I might going tonight but am I responsible first day I got car to drive.
Should you not look into car before hand over?
They didn’t clean car nor disinfect.
I m driving 4 years and have best rating both Uber and Lyft.
Really disappointed,

I definitely recommend this place. Shahrukh was very kind and professional. He was glad to be working here and talked highly about his company. I also saw him with other customers and his service is top tier. The car was nice and clean, he was very knowledgeable about the car and all that is needed when renting a car and when returning. I am very happy I chose this rental location. Thank you, you all have a life time customer 😊
