If your flight gets delayed, they will not staff the customer service. You must call Delta and work something out with them.

my flight was at 8:40 AM. i arrived at 7:30 and TSA was not open. I came back at 7:45 and TSA was open, and i was the first one through. All of the staff were very friendly and the bags were out very fast, especially in the heat. There are also very good (free) parking spots. And, the best of all, you can watch your family/friends fly away! There are great viewing areas around the front. Best & most modern regional airport ever!

Parking is great and free. Its about 20 steps from check-in to gate. Fully stocked vending machines and a brief outside walk to the plane. Makes you feel like you’re boarding a private jet.

This is the smallest airport I’ve ever been to. Staff was friendly, and even the TSA was only one step away from pleasant, which is definitely the nicest thing I have ever said about a TSA agent, and maybe the only time I’ve ever said something about s TSA agent without swearing.

Great little airport with service to Houston and now Denver... it’s very exciting to have more options of direct flights from Hobbs. I have no complaints... Plus the free parking is a nice perk.

A small regional airport. No need to arrive early . No one is at the counter until 1 1/2 hours before your scheduled flight. TSA screening starts 1 hour before the flight. No food or vending except by the gate, but there is free coffee. There is only 1 gate.

The airport is clean and easily accessible. There is no vending machines, TVs or entertainment. This is a very tiny airport. There is one desk to check in and one desk for car rentals.

The airport staff are not friendly & THROW luggage off the plane, even when it is labeled FRAGILE. Then the 'supervisor' doesn't want to, nor have time for my concern about this situation. Very sad & shows how little of a concern the entitled staff has for those that they are working for. Yeah, without us coming into this particular airport they wouldn't be working there. Which is exactly what I'm doing next time, every though it'll mean a longer drive to the area.
