* update* January 11th 2025. I bought the car December 14th 2024. It took a while to get the car to pass inspection even though there was only two small things that the Maryland state inspector was being a a-hole about. They got it done at fixed for me. The only reason this is not a five-star is the time frame it took. The communication with this place is horrible. I'm not going to name my salesperson. He's a young guy but when people are spinning $20,000 plus dollars with you. No matter how many people or customers you have, you have to be communicative. I probably have called this place numerous of times. If I can find a screenshot or a screen recording I'll post it as well to show how many times I've called this place to get in touch with my salesperson. I wasn't offered any type of compensation for spending my gas money, spending money on Uber to get there and back from dropping the car off and or for my time and mental well-being. Make sure you check the car out and you state that what you need and make sure you hold them to it. I do have a car. It's a very nice car. It's very clean. They have a nice cars there, but if you feel like you're not being taken care of as a person or as a human being in this building. Don't stay go somewhere else. No matter how good the car is as a buyer, you want to feel like you are above the world when purchasing something food for thought.

As of right now my dealings with this dealership is a one star. I'm trying to get something handled with a card that I bought Saturday. I took it back Monday. It needs to pass my own inspection or the deal is office. What was the plan. Nobody's giving me any answers. They keep giving me the runaround. My sales representative all of a sudden is not in the office for the last 3 days. This seems like a sham and a scam car dealership. I will keep you updated. Ask for now do not go there. If anybody else has had any type of problems with them, please message me

Update I just tried calling to get a update and I was put on hold for 30mins and still no answer

I have purchased four vehicles from Ryan’s team all with Jason and Manuel being my POC. Although I knew these were used cars, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I didn’t feel like I was forced into a vehicle. One of the vehicles I got was a 2021 BMW 5 series that runs as new and gets complimented everywhere I go. I refer all my friends here now. Lease Return is does well to accommodate your purchase and when things were delayed, Jason and Manuel offered their personal numbers and were pretty responsive! Definitely going to be buying more from here.

I purchased a 22 Camaro from this dealership. I was told that the car was flawless, that was a lie. It had a minor accident reported with no damage, which was a lie. Honestly I knew my chances when I was online buying. But now it's been a little bit over 2 months and I still don't have a clean title. No contact from the dealer on this matter at all! I will update this post as we continue this journey. I won't continue much longer without taking legal steps against this dealership.

My sales rep, Ryan, was really fantastic. He was really helpful, personable, and even threw in some extras that made my day. He really listened to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed to get started with my new Tesla.

The car was in great condition, just as described, and clean. Ryan even made sure it had a full charge and provided me with a charger for home. And even better, he got it shipped to me very quickly! I was so excited to receive it that I didn't even mind that it arrived at 2 am.
