If you are a American that’s in the MILITARY don’t go here. They will charge immensely and you can’t pay using your card even while they said they take card right on there front door. I bought my car in for service for an check engine twice now and they still can’t fix the issues. They also gave me cheap quality speakers for my car.

Patrick seems like a really nice guy and has some great deals on cars. I ended up buying a car from a co-worker for a very cheap price, and I also have a car being shipped into Naples, so it doesn't make sense for me to buy a car from Patrick. But, if I was going to buy a car in Naples, I would definitely buy one from Patrick because he has a lot of cars to choose from, and offers them at reasonable prices. If any of my friends need a car, I will refer them to Patrick.

Patrick and his employee’s are very welcoming and helpful from the moment you meet them! Quality!! Moving to a new country and not having a car is stressful, but Patrick goes above and beyond! Patrick will pick up from the Gate and return you back after viewing, purchasing, or dropping your car off for routine maintenance. He’s done business with the US Military and their families for decades and his loyalty to great service and happy customers shows! The variety of vehicles both automatic and manual leave you with great options whether you’re looking to spend 1,000€ or 12,000€! I purchased an automatic car for my tour here in Italy and truly got what I paid for! They did a tune up, new tires, washed and detailed before delivering. I also had the windows tinted! A big help and assistance as being a certified USAA repair shop. Also servicing from oil changes to upgrades like window tinting or car speakers! Thanks Patrick!

STAY AWAY!! This guy will say anything to sell you a car. He will lie right to your face and smile while he’s doing it. His prices are way too high and the cars often need repair. He will give you a year “warranty” but will refuse to fix your car if it costs too much. He will also not fix what is actually wrong but will only temporarily solve the problem. After the year is up and he has avoided spending any money on repairs you are on your own. He told me my car had no problems and it actually needed a new transmission. Patrick is a thief and is taking advantage of the US and NATO forces.

I have purchased two cars from Patrick. The warranty you get when purchasing is worthwhile. After the warranty has expired, I still receive maintenance service from Patrick's. His prices are fair and I have not had a problem with the work. I would purchase again from Patrick's.

Great service, friendly and English speaking. I usually get quotes from the base autoshop, Patricks, and JFC for any automobile work I needed done (the base hasn't beat any of the other two's quotes except for on regular oil change). Everytime that I use Patrick's, I have always been pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

I have heard people have had bad experiences here but in my many mechanical problems with american spec ford focus, and Italian spec alfa romeo and lancia phedra I have not had any problems. Everyone speaks english and the prices are always fair for what you ask to be done be it naples beater standards or ready for pcs.
