The office staff have been incredibly kind, helpful, and gracious throughout our lease. They have answered all of our questions, promptly worked through our work orders (sent someone the same day), and worked with us through some hiccups. Very pleased with this company after recently relocating here. Our A/C went out and they were able to get replacement parts from their contractor and installed within 24 hours. Cannot beat this customer service at all and much appreciated as this summer heat is unbearable without air conditioning.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
They are greedy sneaky thieves. To steal from every day hard working people is outrageous and just wrong. If you tent from anyone who used these people you will not get your security deposit back and you’ll get a load of blasphemous charges that have been beyond padded. Sad.

I sat and read the reviews before I moved into my place and I just knew it was going to happen to me. So when you read it and think it won’t be you. Think again
