Received a vehicle which was filthy dirty and unsafe to drive since the side mirror adjusting switch on the vehicle was missing. The vehicle needed to be replaced which took them 4.5 hours to arrive. Delayed my journey by a large extend and also caused a lot of unnecessary discomfort for the passengers as well. To top it all off Revv although agreed on all these issues, refused to provide any form of compensation for the time I lost due to revvs shoddy service.
The pre pickup video shared by revvs on car cleaning and all is a joke. Very bad experience, never coming back nor recommending this car rental service. Definitely better off giving business to some local rental services in Bangalore.

I had the worst experience renting Cars from Revv.
Rented a Creta from them, it was dented and making nosies while driving.
The door was rusted and rooftop was dented. Attached pictures.
I complained them. Talked with customer service. Returned the car within 2hrs.
But Revv took away all money. 4kms of drive and 1hr rent of Trash can costed me 7500 Rupees which is roughly 100$.

I had a disappointing and unsafe experience with Revv. The car I rented (Booking ID: 11560042) was in poor condition, posing serious safety risks.
The tires were severely worn out, resulting in two punctures during my trip eventually had to swap out to the spare because we couldn’t patch it anymore. ( so much for “well maintained cars” )
and the wheel alignment was off, causing the car to veer to the left constantly. Additionally, the cigarette lighter port was non-functional, leaving me unable to charge essential devices.
This level of neglect in vehicle maintenance is unacceptable for a rental service. It caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans.
Do not look into renting a car from this company.

The worst car rental service ever. They changed my car thrice before delivering and called me at 11 pm, 12 am and 12:30 am to talk about this change. After that they sent a car which has wheel alignment issues. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DRIVE A CAR LIKE THAT ON HIGHWAY? They refused to replace the car or refund the money. We had to cancel our trip because the entire day was spent on talking to their stupid customer care who can't grasp the simple idea that the car is a safety risk. TERRIBLE.
Ohh and they charge extra to "deep clean" the car and then send it with mud stains. ?

Please do not book a car through Revv. It seems like they just want to make more money on top of the booking by charging customers with false damage charges.
The delivery experience was average, upon starting the journey the seat belt sign did not go away and when I called up the executive he said that maybe all the seat belts are not buckled (duh! Why didn’t I think of that), luckily the beeps go away after 5 mins.
For the pick up the executive showed up 2 hours late (scheduled at 6 and picked up at 8 pm). Everything checked out as per him and I got the confirmation sms that no damages are there and final invoice will be settled. Next afternoon (18 hours later) there people message me that there is a big scratch on one of the doors and I need to pay 2000 for the damages. I also had paid extra 840 for the damage insurance and apparently that will not the included in the insurance. So now I am being flooded by their payment reminders for some scratch that want put up while I was driving.
Please read the other reviews as well and take a call if Revv is worth it or not.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by REVV regarding my car booking Booking ID: 11554673. The entire experience has been both disappointing and damaging to my professional commitments.
I had booked a car to be delivered at 3:00 PM, ensuring ample time to attend an important business meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the car was not delivered as promised.
Initially, I was informed the delivery would be delayed until 5:00 PM.
At 5:00 PM, I was told the delivery would further be delayed to 6:30 PM.
This level of unprofessionalism not only resulted in me missing my meeting but also jeopardized a career-defining opportunity. It is unacceptable for a company of your stature to exhibit such inefficiency and lack of accountability.
To further add to my distress:
When I inquired about canceling the booking, I was informed that the refund of my advance payment would take seven days if the cancellation was initiated by your team.
Alternatively, if I canceled the booking myself, I would incur penalties, which is entirely unreasonable considering the circumstances.
The only request I made was to modify the delivery location to a point 2 km away. Such a minor adjustment should not have caused such extensive delays and mismanagement.
I am also considering bringing this issue to public forums and consumer complaint platforms to raise awareness about the negligence exhibited in this case.
I hope for a prompt resolution and look forward to your response at the earliest,

Avoid this service at all costs! They are only interested in taking your money and show absolutely no flexibility or appreciation for loyal customers. They charge you for every single extra kilometer over the monthly limit, even if you've used far fewer kilometers in other months of a long-term rental. It’s an unfair policy that completely disregards customer loyalty and common sense. Choose a provider that values its clients instead of exploiting them with rigid, money-grabbing policies.

Worst possible car rental. Very old 2019 model which was already driven 113000km. They charged a whopping >2.5k per day for it with no way for me to cancel when I received the vehicle ( since the amount was already paid). I needed for my outside city trip and ended up keeping the vehicle without driving it per se as I was scared to take a 113000km driven vehicle on highway. And for returning the vehicle too, I have to follow up for pick up. I need to leave town on a business trip and they have not yet come to pick up the vehicle.
My 2 cents - please avoid this rental service as it's pathetic. The only good are the online customer support folks who are atleast taking up the customer calls. The rest of them useless.
