Mark Auerbach made the process incredibly easy and truly enjoyable. After being recommended by a family member, Mark and I spoke through what I was looking for, discussed needed options, and discussed the price. Given the used market environment, it was agreed that a new truck made more financial sense. After our initial call, Mark stated that he would reach out at the beginning of next month and let me know what model and options were being shipped into the state. As promised, Mark called on a Friday, we had additional phone, text, and email discussions, and we had a new truck delivered to our house Tuesday. Mark made this entirely too easy, and I will return for my next automotive purchase.

Mark Auerbach - Automotive Consultant made my car buying experience absolutely amazing - and who can ever say that Going to the dealership and getting the run around made me not want to trade in my current vehicle. I dreaded knowing I would have to go through that awful experience. Then I was referred to Mark from a family member. Mark made the process enjoyable and I never stepped foot into a dealership. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible through the entire car buying process. Any car I wanted to test drive - if the vehicle was available, he would bring to my residence and I was able to test drive - not having to deal with the car salesman that has to ride along due to dealership policy. I was able to chose the vehicle best for me with the help of Mark. He’s incredibly knowledgeable plus, Mark handled the entire process car buying for me! He was efficient and and great to work with; I had countless questions and he was so gracious. The process was so smooth and enjoyable I would recommend his service to everyone!

10 out of 10 stars for Mark! I have purchased a few vehicles through him now and I am never disappointed in the experience. There’s never any waiting around at the dealership no haggling, he gives it to you straight. I appreciate that he shows me all of my options and makes
sure I understand the terms for the vehicle. I have come to him with quite a list of vehicles and he has been completely honest and helpful in every way. My advice, skip the dealership and go straight to Mark!
