Great service from staff and they have free vacuums, towels, and leather conditioner! New car wash spot for me. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend. I paid $40 for the ultra for a month and when I was going to wash instead of giving me an ultra they gave me the signature. They didn’t honor the $40 that I paid.I also showed them that I paid for the $40 ( Ultra service) they still denied it. They told me that I had to back up because it was dangerous. I think backing up is more dangerous if you ask me. What dangerous may I ask? There was only one car behind me. I would watch on what wash you are receiving when going through the car wash. Make sure what you paid for is right and make sure they honor the month.

I have 2 cars and when I signed for the second car a day after, instead of charging the special I got charged for a full price.

I changed my membership from the ultra (the higher service they provided) to the signature, a few days after I got charged for ultra, they didn't honor the price I paid for the entire month, they gave me the signature wash and the reason was, because they change the service as they received it.
I told the lady they have to honor what I paid for the entire month.

BECAREFUL with the price you pay and the service they provided.

BECAREFUL when you cancel and not honor the month you paid or get charged again after you cancel.

Very nice and new car wash that provides window cleaner, drying towels and floor mat cleaner with covered vacuum/drying spots. Upon entering the wash, staff members scrub the front and rear your ride with brushes. I was happy with the way the wash cleaned my SUV. I am thinking of sign up for a membership once summer comes around since it’s not very far from my house.

If you care for your vehicle Find a different place. Seriously just drive the road to a different place. I went to wash my vehicle and after seconds of paying since i had a membership. The security arm that raised just came down and cause damages to my vehicle. I stopped and got off took pictures and the only thing the employee said that the manager was out of town and that she would call me back in few days. Its now been 3 weeks and nothing. The only thing ive heard is that they are willing to pay for a paint touch up paint pen even though theres is quite much damage.

Update: nothing yet. They responded to my review but no call or text yet. Seriously people go spend your money somewhere else

My experience was not good with them and I am still having problems today.
I did the membership at the beginning of the year, I was disappointed the first time, I drove the car, washed it like the others, but there are no people to dry the car like in other places, and their blower left the car very wet, I did the job and I decided to immediately cancel the service, as it would be more expensive to receive less.
I went to the website and sent the cancellation request which showed that it had been sent successfully, but since then I have been able to cancel it, and every month or 5 months in a row my card has been charged 25 dollars.
I don't recommend it even to ask for information.

Best carwash in the area, quick service and attentive staff, they even gave me free air fresheners, over all the experience was top notch. Worth every penny.

We live very close to Spotless and signed up for the car wash membership.
In terms of wash, it was standard and good. There are complimentary cloths to wipe your interior, which is a great touch.

The low review is because of the cancellation process/steps. We sold the car the membership was on, so called to cancel. You can't cancel over the phone, you have to come in person, which is always a red flag. We went in person, canceled it, but then our car was charged a week later. We called, but they couldn't refund, they have to contact another party. Still waiting to hear back.

All this to say, be wary of the membership process. It might not be a big deal for some, I get it. But the customer process is important to us. On principle, we will not get a membership for a service where you have to come in person to cancel. We'll just do one off washes.
