I was extremely hesitant to use this site. I opted to pay for the premium service which lists your car until it’s sold. I ended up having to offer a small cash incentive but it got my lease transferred with 45 days of listing. Cheri was GREAT to work with. There’s no additional swapalease fee’s just the manufacturers lease transfer fee. Very easy, BMW worked quick on their end, and the buyer was clearly ready and qualified to assume my lease. Awesome experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Swapalease. The website is difficult to navigate, and their search filters feel outdated and didn’t let me narrow down listings effectively, making the search process frustrating and time-consuming.

When listing a car you are better off listing it yourself on facebook marketplace. Swapalease doesn’t promote your car as much as they say they will and you still have to deal with all the negotiation and talking to interested buyers witch was never explained to me.

Even more frustrating was the customer service. I reached out with a few questions about the process, and the responses were slow and unhelpful if anyone would even answer the phone. There’s also very little transparency about fees or the actual costs involved, so you may end up surprised by hidden charges.

Overall, Swapalease didn’t meet my expectations. The site feels outdated, the customer support is lackluster.

It was my first time trying Swap a lease and the first day that the ad was up. I received about 30 inquiries. My representative with Swap a lease is Nick Wilmer and he led me through the process making it extremely easy. I have already swapped my lease and my name is no longer on the Contract and the gentleman that took over my lease we agreed that he would pay off the loan so I do not have to worry about him defaulting on making payments. Never deal with these guys. Especially the account manager Fred Jones. He took 1000 usd from me to list my car and after two months of zero enquiry or activity when I questioned he wouldn’t listen and became super defensive and Arrogant. This company is a black box please don’t work with them it’s a waste of money

Vernon was extremely unprofessional. I was trying to get an understanding of everything before paying and he just highlighted the fine print and kept sending it back. I was asking his professional opinion before signing and he did not want to bother. Customer service for this company seems to not exist. They will not now nor ever get my business.

This is a glorified scam service. They just take your money and never make any effort to get you out of lease. all their packages are just made to extract money and make you feel that you can get out of lease easily. I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND anyone to use this service
