I will give them 4 stars as the experience was ok from picking the car to handing back the car.
Communication was good also, on returning the car like the other bad reviews I was charged 310 euro for a small paint transfer on the bumper which I think is quite high. I did take insurance from Discover Cars as I booked thru them, I uploaded the evidence/documents and they refunded the money for a fraction of the money I was charged.

Stay away. Charged 200€ for a tiny scratch on a hubcap!
1. They have no instructions on how to pick up my car 2. I waited 30 minutes f or the shuttle. A French guy I met told me he waited 2 hours to get his car. 3. They demanded that I return the car clean. 4. They charged me for the smallest of scratches on a hubcap that certainly no other company would charge. See the pic. I can't even be sure it was not there before as it's barely noticeable.

Ho noleggiato auto letteralmente in tutto il mondo, mai capitato nulla del genere come da Vettura all'aeroporto di Olbia. Spiego: al rientro, l'impiegata, finta afflitta, trova un graffietto sul paraurti anteriore, roba da nemmeno 3 cm. Mi ha, sempre dispiaciutissima, addebitato (dal deposito già bloccato sulla carta di credito) 400 euro + 60 di pratica. 460 euro ingiustificati, per non dire peggio. Perché in realtà, vendono assicurazioni, non noleggiano auto. Tutti gli eventuali dettagli su aiuto, broker, costi etc., diventano superflui dopo.

310 euros to fix this almost invisible risk under the vehicle. And I don’t even know if it was there before my rental.

Now, I see many reviews reporting similar situation. Even the car part is the same.

Just the worst experience I've ever had with car hiring. They've accused me of having caused front bumper scratches when I returned the car. They didn't want to contact the fleet manager, who was the only source of truth apparently. They didn't have any photos that showed that part of the car but they requested me to have proof that I was right. I left the office without disclosure to receive, a few hours later, a confirmation that the scratches were already there. It was a very stressful situation. They don't respect their clients and are not serious. Take a video of every single part of the car, specially underneath, if you still want to rent with them, because they don't tell you anything! Beware!
